We are a small construction company called Verge-On and we are focused on material placement involved in major civil construction.We specialise in construction of drainage layers, verge construction and concrete placement, we also spread topsoil and asphalt materials.
My background is 20 years working for abigroup/ lend lease contractors involved in highway and civil construction in the operation, modification, and maintenance of slipform paving equipment. The evolution to start my own company to support contractors in using new methods and utilising equipment for different tasks has been a success for our clients and ourselves as we have completed safely and efficiently every major project within our local area and have completed projects up and down the east coast of australia.
The road widener with the right operator and modifications is a very efficient and highly mobile rubber tyred machine which can easily move from area to area for varying tasks. With our experienced operators we are confident there is no more efficient way to do any of our operations. Our hire model and rates are flexible to mould to any projects requirements, our operators are also highly experienced in finishing works. We are a small company with a lot of personal experience that is looking to form solid relationships with our clients.
We are willing to modify our machines and try new construction methods. we are not an asphalt company who will hire you a road widening machine with an operator with minimal experience, we are a construction company utilising only road wideners and road widener operators focused on civil construction, modifying and utilising our machines for various tasks to suit our clients needs.
